Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays is shipped the same day. Other orders are shipped the next business day. You will have an email with tracking details when your order is picked up by the carrier.

We use environmentally smart logistic services to maintain punctuality and minimizing our Co2 footprint. This means sometimes you will get your package delivered to your closest service point. You will get notified by email and/or by phone number depending on what you provided when ordering. Please note that outisde of EU there may be additional charges in terms of taxes and dutys upon arrival to your country depending on where you live. Please read further information at your local customs office or website. 

Your are eligible for product exchange up to 30 days after your product is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all marks and tags still in place. 

Your eventual refund will be paid back with the same payment method you paid with product when you made your checkout. To eliminate the risk of our customers being subject to fraud, this cannot be changed. If you need to return a product, please visit our return center via the button below. 

So funktioniert es
Follow the steps listed at our return center and you will receive a return label via email. If you want to exchange a product, please don't to forget to specify this at the final comment field. If your requested product is out of stock you will automatically have a refund. You will receive an email when your return has reached us and your return has been processed accordingly. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

When your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that you will be charged 60SEK/6EUR/6USD deducted from your refund if you return all items in your order.

Verspätete oder fehlende Rückerstattung
If you have a confirmed return but haven’t received a refund notice yet, first check your bank account / Klarna account. Then contact your credit card company, it usually takes 4-5 days before your refund is available.
